Payment & Refund Policy

This policy applies to all payments and transactions for paid digital services provided by FUNAI TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD.

1. Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely via Stripe, a trusted third-party payment processor. We do not store full payment card details on our servers. Payments are accepted in supported currencies as displayed on our checkout page.

2. Refund Policy: All paid digital content, subscriptions, and service purchases are non-refundable once activated, accessed, or delivered, due to the intangible nature of digital products. Refunds will only be considered in cases of technical failure on our platform, unauthorized transactions, or duplicate payments, subject to verification by our team.

3. Refund Request Process: To submit a refund request, contact us at contact@funaitech.sg within 7 days of payment, providing order details and supporting documentation. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days to the original payment method.

4. Governing Law: This policy is governed by the laws of Singapore.
