User Obligations: Users must comply with all applicable Singapore laws and regulations, including but not limited to the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA), intellectual property regulations, and the Protection from Online Falsehoods and Manipulation Act (POFMA); refrain from unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our content, and from spreading false information that may harm public interests; and provide accurate, up-to-date information. Users shall also comply with Singapore's online content regulations and shall not spread pornographic, violent, racist or other harmful content that endangers national security or public interests.

3. Intellectual Property: All content, trademarks, and intellectual property related to our services are the exclusive property of FUNAI TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

4. Governing Law & Disputes: These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

5. Amendments: We reserve the right to update these Terms periodically, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
