• Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA);
• Intellectual Property laws of Singapore;
• Protection from Online Falsehoods and Manipulation Act (POFMA);
• All applicable online content and cybersecurity regulations.

You shall not:

• Use the Services for any illegal, infringing, or unauthorized purpose;
• Reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of our content without prior written permission;
• Transmit false, misleading, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, violent, racist, discriminatory, or harmful content that endangers national security, public order, or the rights of others;
• Interfere with the security or functionality of the Services;
• Use bots, crawlers, or other automated tools to access or collect data from the Services without our express consent;
• Provide false, outdated, or inaccurate information to us.

4. Account Registration and Security

You may need to register an account to use certain features. You agree to:

• Be solely responsible for all activities under your account;

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING RELIABILITY, ACCURACY, OR AVAILABILITY. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FUNAI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US (IF ANY) IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services immediately without notice if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Services. Sections 5, 6, 8, 9, 11, and 12 shall survive termination.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

12. General Provisions

Amendments: We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Sevability: If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.

Entire Agreement: These Terms (together with the Privacy Policy) constitute the entire agreement between you and FUNAI regarding the Services.
